Access Mobile
access.mobile is an international digital health company focused on mobile patient engagement for diverse markets. They use mobile and cloud-based, HIPAA compliant technology to connect with patients and drive healthy behavior.

The Goal
To design a whole new way to create easy to construct, personalized messages, segmented so as to reach the desired users based on a series of characteristics and preferences. Restructure the platform, improving its overall performance, and add new features that translate into better user experience and engagement.
The Problem
The process to create a new campaign in the previous platform was very complicated and confusing.
The users felt they needed to be a super-user to create and drive a campaign.
The flows were not straightforward.
The user needed more information about current campaign results and insights into its reach and engagement.

The Solution
Creation of cohesive flows, containing all the steps and information the users need when creating a campaign; starting with setting up the campaign, then going through the population segmentation step, and ending with the message creation process.
Design of an intuitive and easier way for the segmentation creation process.
Giving users insights to help them have great communication with their patients based on their characteristics and preferences.
Using advanced analytics to generate graphics about the current campaigns that help the user to keep track of how the campaign is going.

My work
I collaborated with the team to come up with different approaches to create an easier segmentation process.
I designed wireframes and flows to communicate our design ideas.
I was responsible for visual design creation as well as user interface design. I based my work on the branding usage guidelines.
I built the prototype of the campaign creation process, which consists of setting up the campaign, managing the population segmentation, and finally, creating the message.
As a part of the Ingenious team, I collaborated in Access Mobile project.
